For a banquet to run smoothly, together we agree on a menu and the accompanying wines in advance. In this way, your wine will be at the correct temperature and have had ample time to breath before it is served. Selecting the menu in advance also permits our kitchen staff to be optimally prepared to respond to your wishes.

You may choose your meal from a selection of the dishes most treasured by our frequent guests and our full wine cellar is available to you for your choice of wines.

For groups of over 20 we ask that a single menu is ordered and that we have agreed upon your selection at least one week in advance of your event. For groups of less than 20, each gust may order individually from our daily menu on the evening of the dinner. However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that this may result in a longer waiting time between courses, and that there is always the risk that one or another dish may no longer be available at the time the orders are placed.

We will gladly arrange to cater for banquets of up to 50 guests, and for events that exceed this number we can arrange for another location within the Schiffbau to be prepared for you. To view the possible rooms available and to make a reservation please contact the Schauspielhaus Zürich (044 258 7070). Our catering division will then work with you to create the perfect menu.

During the off-season of the Schausplielhaus the whole restaurant may be booked for private functions. Please contact us for more information.
